We are the Parent Information Exchange or PIE committee. We bring parents together around topics that interest us and impact our kids and our school. Last year we organized:
· speakers on
teaching kids resilience, parenting with heart, and teens and internet safety
· a viewing and discussion
of the film, The Finland Phenomenon
· book clubs
on parenting and non-parenting books alike
· a small group discussion
series on Attachment Parenting
· social activities like cooking with kids and board game nights
